Whether planning a first-time event or one with a long tradition, Timber Lake is a great way to put a unique spin on your event and bring the excitement up to a whole new level! Timber Lake allows your guests to enjoy the event, while relaxing in the nature-inspired backdrop of the Catskill Mountains and our spring-fed lakes. Plus, when your group is not working, meeting, or celebrating, you can enjoy all of the fun activities we have to offer!

Our campus is located in the Catskill Mountains region of New York state and is ideal for any event, party, or retreat. We offer private space and facilities including athletic fields, indoor meeting/assembly space, nature trails, shimmering lakes, and more.

Over the years, we have hosted numerous private events of all different kinds including:

  • HS Sports Camps
  • Social / Charity Functions
  • Religious Retreats
  • School Retreats and MORE

 

We are available for events on weekdays and weekends in late May, early June, late August, all of September and early October.

Whether it is an elegant sit-down meal, a camp-style buffet service, or a combined meeting and meal function, your guests will love our dining options and excellent service. Our Adirondack-style dining lodge offers ample dining space for even large groups and beautiful views overlooking the campus and surrounding forests.

At Timber Lake, our event planners are committed to supporting all of our rental groups year-round with many aspects of their event planning. We will make sure that you get the most out of all our campus has to offer and that your event is one you and all of your guests remember forever.

Our venue is best suited for multi-day, overnight groups. This allows guests the opportunity to enjoy the full range of our facilities. We can host groups as large as 400 guests.
